The hotel offers a luxurious experience with amazing breakfast and overall service. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and well-arranged but slightly smaller than expected; however, we received complementary drink vouchers while waiting for check-in at 2 pm.
Although the previous guest occupied the room, causing a slight inconvenience, I found the room to be a good size despite feeling a bit stuffy even with the aircon. Having to grab towels from the cleaning trolley outside in the hallway was a bit odd, but overall, it was a decent room.
Despite being located far from the lift and next to a construction site, the hotel offered beautiful, clean, and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful, although it would have been nice to have more in-house dining options. The location was perfect, surrounded by attractions and eateries, but with some minor maintenance issues. The dining experience was outstanding, with plentiful buffet options. Overall, a good value for money stay.
I had a great time at the hotel. The rooms added to the luxury experience, and the breakfast and overall service were amazing. The large, well-lit modern bathroom with a rain shower was fantastic. However, the room was pretty small, and the acoustics could be improved as I could hear nearby noises from a concert and traffic.
The hotel provided us with rooms way before the normal check-in time; they were fresh, modern, and clean, with an awesome location. Being near the gym and pool was convenient as we used both facilities, and the breakfast was great with very helpful staff. The stay was extremely comfortable.
